“I want my clothes back.” You start searching for them around the cave, holding the fur tighter to your chest. “Where are they?”
He moves to the corner where he keeps his supplies and pulls them out one by one: pants, shirt, shoes. Your heart leaps—maybe he’ll actually give them back. Maybe you can run away—find the others, get out, escape this cave once and for all.
