When villains become well known enough, they choose a hero to be their nemesis. This hero will get priority in all cases involving their nemesis, and have an additional responsibility to catch them. Nemesis call outs have been around as long as heroes and villains have existed, and are widely accepted as a normal part of the hero system. Mischief is the exception. Despite his power, he has never identified his chosen nemesis.

"Why not take these off and make this a fair fight?” Bakugo asks, brandishing his bound hands.
“Who said I wanted to fight?” The villain asks. “I just wanted to talk.”
“Hah?” Bakugo has the gall to look disappointed. “If you think you’re gonna get any secrets out of me—”
“God,” The man snickers, eyes narrowed with mirth. “You’re cute, you know that? I think you and I are gonna have loads of fun.”
The air is changing – Deku can feel it. He wants to tell Bakugo to run, but knows, deep down, that that wouldn’t do anything. The restraints won’t budge, and all he can do is stand there, heart hammering, as he watches the situation spin rapidly out of control.

And yet, also a story about how Class 1-A goes on a hunt to find the identity of Bakugou's mysterious lover, with too much money on the table.
Either way, it doesn't end how anyone expects it to. (But no one is really complaining)
