    Usually, he can resolve the situations by saying, "I know a guy."

    Unfortunately, the response to this is typically something along the lines of,

    "Neal, how the fuck do you know that guy?"

    And obviously, Tim has no plans to explain himself.

    AKA

    5 times Tim!Neal gives zero explanation as to how he knows people he shouldn't, plus one time that serves as a blanket explanation for it all.
