Summary
Marinette had been startled to find out that her school and a school in America were collaborating to do a pen pal assignment. To be fair, the assignment was suppose to help the students with the grammar of the language they were learning. Marinette pulled a random name out of the box. She hoped Damian wrote good French and that she could write well enough English.

At first, I really liked the story, but Marinette became so frustrating to read. She comes across as overly emotional and passive, and it got annoying pretty fast. Especially in the last chapters, when the Waynes decided to expose Lila and she got angry at them for “overstepping her boundaries.” Like… come on. She was fine being a complete pushover and letting herself be bullied and defamed, but the Waynes shouldn’t have to put up with the frankly abhorrent lies Lila was spreading about *them*. Honestly, they should’ve sued her and been done with it. I still don’t understand why the Waynes let it drag on for so long.
Marinette feels so naive and overly goody-two-shoes that it comes off as childish and, frankly, kind of foolish. I really didn’t enjoy her characterization.
Unfortunately, this one is going into my “won’t reread and wouldn’t recommend” pile.

Summary
The last thing Tim Drake needed while avoiding Ra's al Ghul's men and trying to find Bruce was for his first heat to begin. Seriously, could the timing be any worse? But there was nothing he could do but find somewhere to hide and wait it out. Pity his hiding place was found but it was not a League of Assassin's base that he woke in.
Danny was not about to let three adults kidnap a fellow teenager so he grabbed the guy and took him to his keep for safety. And of course, when his guest had a fever he summoned his personal physician. He was not expecting Frostbite's explanation at all! Now what was he meant to do?
