Summary
Things aren't quite as they seem after the events at Namsam Tower.

Neither is Gwi-Ma.
Trapped behind the powerful but inconsistent Rainbow Honmoon with the rest of the Saja Boys, Gwi-Ma discovers that Rumi has Jinu's soul. Bent on destroying the man who betrayed him and the woman who ruined everything, he hatches a plot to use Jinu to exact his revenge.
If he's going to spend eternity in hell, he's going to make damn sure he brings Jinu and Rumi down with him.
The Saja Boys aren't interested in helping Gwi-Ma, but they crave the chance to take down the Hunters who sent them back to hell. If they can also make their former leader suffer for what he did, well, that's just a bonus.
And Jinu?
He finds that he may have just traded one master for another by giving his soul to Rumi.

Summary
Almost two months after the night of the Idol Awards, Rumi finds her nights filled with dreams of Jinu and the life he lived. Not only that, but there's something other than her sword's appearance that has changed – it's almost as if it's actually alive. With a stadium world tour coming up ahead of the Huntrix, they'll have to balance a packed up schedule with their mentor's absence, their regular demon fighting and also trying to make the actual impossible happen.

Summary
Demons are trapped in the underworld, facing a dying king's wrath. Rumi's feelings are messy and complicated, and she's totally coping just fine. Jinu survives, but he's changed, beaten down by Gwi-Ma's cruelty. The Saja Boys are scattered across the human and demon realm, lost to Jinu.
When Jinu appears in Rumi's room, scared, beaten, but alive, the girls have to face the fact that they didn't really fix anything. The human world is safe, but the demons are still trapped and suffering under Gwi-Ma. They have to confront their biases toward the demons, find the Saja Boys, and work together to free the demons and put an end to Gwi-Ma, once and for all.
