Summary
After the death of his father, Diluc Ragnvindr resigned from the Mondstadt police force. These days, he solely concerns himself with bartending and managing Dawn Winery. However, when a young woman arrives in Mondstadt searching for her missing twin, Diluc can't stand idly by. He soon finds himself entangled in a complex web of disappearances and murder that threatens everything and everyone he cares about. But it will take more than just Diluc to solve it. Summary
There is no doubt in Kaeya's mind that Diluc's heart broke on the night of his father's death. Smooth sharp lines like fractured ceramic, missing chips that will forever show the lumpy glue scars of its repair. Kaeya's left his own marks too. Some of those disjointed pieces are of his making. Maybe even most of them. He knows this without seeing it, and he knows too that over the years of Diluc's absence those pieces have most likely melded back into a single blemished whole ─ scabbed with time and distance.
He is wrong. There was never a whole to begin with.
