Something feral and wounded recoils in Megumi’s gut at the words, the same animal hunger that has always lived between them now fused with terror – because Yuuji is right, because every late-night fuck has been a bandage over a wound that only tears anew, because the fear of needing this –of needing Yuuji– has become a constant scream that Megumi drowns out with the brutal rhythm of hips and hands and the wet heat that makes him forget, for precious seconds, that he is already lost.
“Yeah,” he spits out, the corner of his lip curling into something cruel and ugly, a defensive snarl born of cornered desperation that twists his features in the low light, “and you don’t know how to do anything but bend over for it, so what the fuck does that say about you, Yuuji?”

Summary
