    Even after the war between the faeries and humans has finally ended, there is still tension between the realms.

    Keigo, a faerie assassin, is sent to a human kingdom in order to sneak inside the castle and pretend to be a servant until he can kill Prince Touya, reigniting the fight that ended long ago.

    However, as they become closer and more secrets about the human kingdom and the king's darkest secrets are revealed, he realizes that he can't go through with killing the prince.

    He needs to find a way out that will allow him to take the people he cares about with him.

    The members of the League of Villains were aimless. Superficial. Downright ridiculous, at times. And yet, they still knew who they were and what they wanted far better than Hawks did.

    So, that's it, he decides. He's going to go out with a bang. No one knew his heart - no one knew his choices. He would keep that piece of himself until the end. Pro Hero Hawks was giving up, and Takami Keigo was too.

    Or: When the HPSC signs his death sentence, Hawks offers the League an alliance. What he didn't account for is how compatible he and a certain fiery villain seem to be, nor how much he'd enjoy not being under the Commission's thumb all the time. Soon enough he's faced with a choice; his life as a hero, or a life where he's free?
