Summary
The First Order is in turmoil: torn into factions, it is at risk of falling apart before the Resistance even resurfaces. Supreme Leader Kylo Ren's takeover has failed to unite the Order and its councils against any kind of common cause, all while General Armitage Hux attempts to clean up the mess left behind following the Battle of Crait. Ren and Hux are no longer equals: Ren has the entire First Order at his command, whereas Hux is at his mercy. Deciding where to place his newly acquired General may be the most important decision of Ren's life.
Set immediately after the end of The Last Jedi. My attempt at an alternative ending to the story of the First Order. Next update - 07/11/25

Summary
Hux wakes up, panicked and alone, after a mission he can't remember. The wrongness continues as he realizes the mission doesn't exist, the Finalizer is in the wrong sector of space, the training program is years behind schedule, the Hosnian System is whole and functioning, and no one has heard of Kylo Ren.
Hux's ironclad confidence is compromised, and he decides the only remedy is to go out and find Ben Solo and recruit him to the First Order all over again. And again. And again.

Pre Force Awakens. After years of being stationed together while Starkiller base is being built, Kylo Ren gets into the habit of reading Hux's mind. Kylo justifies his action as monitoring the performance of the First Order's youngest general until he sees something he didn't intend to and becomes obsessed with the general's fortress like mind. Warnings for 'Creeper Ren' and two horrible people not able to admit their mutual fascination with the other. Kylo POV (mostly)
