“Oh Anna.” Hans stopped a hair's breadth away from her pale, pathetic face. “If only I didn’t love someone else.”
“Wh- what?” Already colourless face whitening even further, Anna scrambled weakly away from him. Oh, he’d been looking forward to this for so, so long.
Laughing to himself as Anna flopped off the couch, he let her feebly struggle to her feet before collapsing, wanting to draw out this long-awaited moment for as long as possible. This had worked out more perfectly then he ever could have hoped for, and he couldn’t wait to finally see his hard work pay off. Call him cruel, call him manipulative, Hans had still put the effort into this scheme. And he couldn’t wait to deliver the most devastating line of all.
As Anna clumsily shuffled towards the door, Hans called out after her: “Where are you going, Anna? To find Kristoff?”
She hit the floor once more, eyes wide with surprise, too shocked to even speak. The hurt radiating from her frail form was intoxicating.
“He won’t save you. He can’t.” Hans smirked. “He loves me.”

Basically, Kristoff and Hans are in love and take over Arendelle together.
