    Anya Forger already has enough going on. She's finally landed her dream job writing for Bondman, she’s unlucky in love, and her crush doesn’t like her back. She’s also still agreeing to ruin blind dates on behalf of her best friend Becky, who just wants to fall in love the normal way, not through her father’s business connections.

    But when one of those dates turns out to be Damian Desmond, newly appointed president of Berlint TV, heir to the Desmond Group, and Anya’s very serious, very powerful boss, things spiral.

    The date goes terribly. Somehow, it still leads to a fake relationship.

    Meanwhile, Becky’s trying (and failing) not to catch feelings for Damian’s right-hand man, Ewen. And none of them are prepared for what happens when feelings get messy, secrets start surfacing, and all the careful lines between their lives blur.

    Originally inspired by A Business Proposal, now its own chaotic office rom-com about timing, ambition, bad wigs, and the slow, slow process of figuring out what and who you actually want.
