Summary

That's why he had to stay hidden unless an alpha caught him. Nobody in his tribe knew about his existence, except for his mother who was trying to protect him. He would be safe as long as he stayed in their hut. He wouldn't be owned by an alpha, used and forced to carry pups until he couldn't anymore, as long as he stayed hidden from everyone...
But it all came to an end when a rival tribe attacked his own, and Izuku was found and brought to the chief of the rival tribe: a dominant alpha with red, piercing eyes.

They had never done justice to the way he commanded a room, the way he moved with an effortless grace that drew eyes and held them captive. He had a presence that transcended the screen, a vibrance that seemed to bleed into the very air around him. Standing here, only a few feet away, it was as if Katsuki were seeing him for the first time, all over again.

Every time it rained, Izuku had the same nightmare.
The same nightmare of arriving at school after presenting suddenly at the tender young age of 14.
The same nightmare of everyone being able to notice his scent despite them not yet presenting.
The same nightmare of his crush and once childhood best friend covering his nose as he sneered at him in disgust.
Or:
Izuku has struggled to make friends even before he presented as a prime omega; but after moving to the states after he presented and meeting his beta best friend, life hasn't been so bad. So when his childhood best friend and first crush comes back into his life, he was wholly unprepared for his feelings to rush back and even maybe be reciprocated.
