His deep baritone voice echoing through the room without the need to raise his voice. “Yet an unrestrained, powerful Omega poses a potential threat. Their unpredictable nature could clash with what I have fought to protect.” he extended his arm and his fist clenched tight. Causing a ripple of murmurs to go around the court.
“As of today, I hereby enact a new law: all unbonded Omegas of age will be required to form a union with an Alpha noble of their choosing. Whether that be pack or mate.”

Summary
The city is uneasy after all the shaking that happened with Dark Gaia’s abrupt awakening, but since everything went back to normal after a while, no one thought much of it.
Until a being began terrorizing the city from the shadows, and G.U.N.’s personnel could barely keep up with the constant reports.
Shadow was sent in to investigate this new ‘villain’ of the city, and was immediately mistaken as a ‘hero’ due to Sonic’s strange absence.
It also appears that both Gaia deities may not have been fully buried beneath the earth…(Alternative Title: Shadow of the Day/Light of the Night (I just really wanted the abbreviation to be TIME))
