Summary
Nom’s eyes normally passed for brown, just slightly too orange to be natural. But tonight, on some random point in the field of time, his irises were painted in blood.
Nom was thirsty.
“…Hey,” Katie started carefully, one hand inching toward her heart as she took a slow step backwards, tentatively watching her speed.
Her brother blinked and tilted his head the other way, like he was trying to settle something in his head. “Hey,” He replied.

I threw the Bannerfall cast into the Vampires setting. Nom is a vampire, Katie is not—and she finds Nom hungry in the woods. As his sister, she won’t let him not eat, so she drags him home. They resort to drastic measures.

“Lucy! Chuuya!” Atsushi called with a grin that covered his entire face. He saw both of the tables occupants tense.
“Not so loud!” Lucy hissed almost as loud as his original call was.
Chuuya leaned closer to her and said in a normal volume “Does he not know what subtle means?”
“No.” Lucy deadpanned.
