Summary
Two years after the war, and Harry’s content with his life. OK, so it’s a little annoying that he keeps winning Witch Weekly’s Most Eligible Bachelor award, and he’s really not looking forward to the unveiling of an enormous gold statue of himself, but he loves his friends, and he loves being an Auror. Such a great story! Worth reading multiple times. Some sections are absolutely hilarious. The characters are perfect. I can't figure out how to say all the things I love about this story without giving too much away. Just do yourself a favour and read it!

TL:DR recommendation summary:
Come for the smut; stay for the dialogue.I don't usually recommend incomplete stories, but this one is too delightful to pass up. (At the time of this rec, about half the chapters have been posted).
With no second wizarding war, we see the characters as they might have been without the hard edges and PTSD earned through battle.
What if our favorite lions and snakes had become friends in school and remained so long after?This story alternates between steamy smut and some of the best group dialogue I've read. Hermione's background is very AU, but so far most of the characterizations are spot on, with some great interactions that aren't typically seen.
The plot is solid, with some twists that may or may not catch you off guard, depending on how astute you are at picking up clues and foreshadowing.
This is one of those stories one reads with a near constant grin on one's face. Truly delightful

Pay attention to the tags.
The authors did a great job unpacking post-war baggage in a believable way. I liked the newbie exploration aspect of the story too - learning the ropes (so to speak) together, rather than the typical artifice of a character just happening to know the scene before the story starts.
Good writing; good character development. -

My number one favorite story.
This story has stuck with me more than any other. Worth reading multiple times (and seriously, at least twice... Rereading offers new insights the second time around).Time turner fic. Hermione goes back to Marauders era.
