Embers! The wonderful long fic where Yue the Moon spirit gives Zuko waterbending along with his firebending, turning him into a 2 element "yaoren" and changing the story utterly. This is the one with the dragons and volcanoes with spirits and the amazing "go to your room!" resolution. Spectacular characters and worldbuilding, very well done and engaging plot, I've reread it a ton of times.
