  In other words, soul-bound yearners are trying their best to un-doom each other in different ways. All the tools were given to the brawn of the pair and so we watch them flounder, fail and succeed at different things. Will they get their happy ending? Or will the King prove to be Inevitable, and they - forever doomed? It is to be seen. If there's anything Avery knows, is that he would fight Gods, Time, Fate and King in Yellow himself if he has to, all to save a man that sacrificed himself for him.
