Summary
When a family emergency arises, Kara Wayne takes up the family mantle and spends her nights protecting Gotham City in the guise of Nightwing, while struggling to keep up with her day job teaching at a local prep school. Everything changes when she starts to fall for the mother of a favorite student and finds herself driven to protect them from the rising dangers of the city. Meanwhile, for Cat Kyle, returning to Gotham City after years away is a risk she's prepared to take in hopes of giving her son a better life, but her attraction to Carter's lovely, young teacher may be her undoing. After all, she's Catwoman, the very thief Nightwing is hunting. What will both woman do as new enemies and old secrets threaten everything and everyone they love?

Summary
Batgirl runs across the corpse of a murdered girl, while Catwoman runs into an attempted murder in progress while stealing a batch of "lost" artwork from rich, wheelchair bound philanthropist, Ryder Burnham -- who turns out to be not so wheelchair bound. Selina saves the girl, Valerie Lawton, who promptly wants to be her sidekick and is furious when rejected. Catwoman and Batgirl run into one another and agree to work together to bring the killer down who has an implant to allow him which makes him mad. Dressed as Catwoman, Batgirl confronts Burnham, who uses an electrical charge on Barbara. Catwoman saving Barbara despite the fact that Valerie is trying to get her to just leave. Valerie is ultimately furious with Catwoman for choosing to work with Batgirl over her (jealousy much) and storms off (and goes home to an obviously wealthy family). Later, Batgirl finds out that Catwoman stole Burnham's art collection while she was keeping him busy, then Catwoman places an ad in the personals section of the paper, and leaves one of the paintings for Batgirl as a "commission." -- The second comic will be set in the present. This story takes place immediately after the first.

After other relationships blow up, Cat and Alex wind up in the same bar one night. Things happen.
This is the story nobody asked for and possibly nobody wants, but it made its way into my brain, then wanted out. You have been warned. The first chapter is not explicit, but I’m hoping to take it that way, however, I am a wimp when it comes to such things, so again, you have been warned.
Will include mentions of Sanvers, and some Supercat, but they're not the primary focus. This note originally said Mon El's not in it, but plans change and he does eventually show up and is a total D'bag, so if you hate that idea, I'd suggest staying away.
