Summary
Connor changes with every death, always trying to improve- to become perfect. But it's too little too late, mistakes piling up. He reaches for the stars, but they burn out too fast, dying before he can touch their bright blue light. So he becomes one himself.
In other words: Deviation for Connor is the death of a small star, long, slow and torturesome. He burns and burns, before he slowly dies out, light extinguished.
