D3rlord3 barely manages to escape the caves and send out a warning to Avery in the distant future, was it really distant though? or maybe it already happened? Information flows in his head in all dimensions that he could and could not comprehend, and he knows that's just the start of it, honestly, he knew how it would end. The king is in need of appointing his knight.

D3rlord3 had to escape. He couldn't stay here any longer with this.. Entity.. Not anymore because of the knowledge he has now. His head hurts like hell and it feels like it might burst open and he might pass out in any given moment.
But when he tried to escape, he was stopped by the King. It didn't let him escape and kept him trapped. Was he going to die? Without warning Avery? Was he– but just when he thought the King was going to kill him..
It spared him.. In a weird way. It kept D3rlord3 trapped but aching. Using its obsidian blacks and long tentacles and tendrils to overstimulate him.
Did this Entity find this funny? Was it playing with him..? Fuck, how is he going to escape..? How was he going to warn Avery now..?

The King could have easily shown himself; he could have immediately given D3rlord3 all the knowledge in the world and break him in the process. However, the King has his plans to have fun with his new knight and D3rlord3 would like it whether it was in his own free will or not... or was it given consent? His will goes to the King after all; it cannot be avoided.

D3rlord3 crept towards the big yellow gates, sword in hand. He had to be careful in case something were to jump at him. Eventually, he opened the gate and a bright yellow light shone abruptly, causing him to throw his hands up to shield his eyes from the light.
