    It took about two seconds for all three to notice.

    Dick, mid-sip of coffee, froze—then promptly choked.

    Tim just… stared, spoon hovering over his cereal, mouth slightly open.

    Duke’s eyes darted from the pint-sized Bat to Jason’s smug grin and back again, as though his brain was rebooting.

    Jason was loving every second.

    “Well,” Jason said cheerfully, “I found the demon brat.”

    “That’s… not…” Dick’s voice trailed off as his brain apparently refused to finish the sentence. “That’s not Damian.”

    “Oh, it’s him alright,” Jason said, bouncing the kid slightly just to watch their expressions twitch. “He’s just… fun-sized now.”
