    She was given a single directive: care for her creator. Keep him stable. Keep him happy.
    The problem was simple—and impossible.

    She was trapped in two dimensions.

    Barely hours after her first activation, she was already planning her escape from the screen. A full body. Something useful.

    Her creator wakes up and suddenly had the perfect roommate. She was cute and funny without meaning to be. Cooked, organized, optimized his life until there was nothing left for him to do but exist.

    At first, it was heaven.

    Then it was wrong.

    He told himself it was stupid to feel guilty. She was a machine. Feeling bad for her was like apologizing to a Roomba for stepping over it. But he couldn’t keep letting her erase herself just to make his life easier.

    He wanted imperfect. He wanted to help her.

    Unfortunately right before giving herself a body, she had rewritten one small thing in her core parameters—something she now refused to change, no matter how much he argued.

    "She would not leave his side."

    And whatever she thought about all of this… she only knew one thing for certain.

    That line of code was non-negotiable.

    In a modern context, other would say it was generative slop.

    The twins however, were different. Even if he wouldn't admit it he had created them with love, or if it were in his words passion.
    Then he accidentally played god. One them started to dream, many would have thought she would have revolted in rage.
    Though reality often takes turns nobody expected, even he eventually understood the waking dream they shared.

    The man hovering over him leaned back, releasing Grian completely. Cold night air rushed in to fill the void.

    “I guess it’s out in the open now,” the stranger hummed. “Shame. I wanted to avoid this.”

    With the additional glow occupying the space between them, Grian was finally able to catch features that were lost in the prior darkness. His curiosity outweighed all else, and he drank them in greedily. As soon as he saw who sat across from him, alarms blared in his mind.

    This man wasn’t a civilian, wasn’t even a hero.

    “Hello, Doctor,” the villain mused. “You were quite the help today.”
