Первые главы мне очень понравились, но потом появилось ощущение поверхностности, как будто ни один персонаж не погружен полностью в историю и ими трудно проникнуться. Возможно потому что проходит много времени по сюжету, а события подробно не описываются. В последних главах это ощущение исчезает.
Не понравился Тритон, его очень мало и его отношения с Сансой не прописаны. Создается ощущение, что она уговаривает его на ней жениться, а он ломается.
Не понравилось, что мало Джейми и Брианы, смерть Станича, смерть Неда, нелюбимый мной пейринг Джон/Игрид, хотя тут она не раздражала. Не понравился финал для Джона и его вообще было мало.
Понравился сюжет, отношения Старков, Арья, которая не бесила, но была в характере, ее отношения с Гендри, Бран.В целом, пожалуй все были в характере. Классная идея, что Маргери стала «рукой» Дайэнерис.

Wtf i love this so much this is SUCH a cool story. It's got so many elements i love. Wargs, direwolves, magic, old gods, badass sansa, badass arya, canon diversions, etc. The ripples of change start small but get bigger and bigger as the story progresses, in a bunch of cool and interesting ways. Plus, I won't give away any spoilers, but its a unique concept to this fandom. I've not seen this done before in this fandom, and it works so well, I love it. -

When the author says slow burn they mean it. Also, the ship in this is not one I would ordinarily ship (would usually be vehemently opposed to actually) but it's handled SO well (and so slowly) that I was actually on board by the end.But for real -- phenominal story. In character, and the plot is outstanding. Has a happy ending but Dear Lord bring your tissues for the last few chapters because omg the feels.
Absolutely well worth the read.
