Summary
While suffering from his line's obsession with gold Thorin Oakenshield rashly makes an agreement with the Shire's Thain that results in him having to marry one of the hobbit's relatives.
Needless to say he isn't pleased, but cunningly picks Bilbo Baggins to be his consort in revenge against the Thain. For his part Bilbo decides to accept the proposal, though Thorin will be quite surprised to find out why.

Chap 31: Holy shit this is good. Author you did an amazing job on pacing, it didn't feel too drawn out with the drama and the characters played beautifully with each other. I'm not a huge fan of smut but surprisingly this fic had tasteful smut scenes. It felt natural, worked out well with the context and I liked it :3
Chap 33: Absolutely amazing, very enjoyable and I loved it. Made me cackle at times and it's so sweet. Definitely read it if you need a pick me up :D

When he stood barefoot on the wet sand, watching her shift from a bounding fox into a gull, then a sleek sea lion, then a sturgeon as she leapt from wave to wave – he should have known then that she would never be happy out of the water again.

Summary
Ever since the Sour Nest, Caleb has been invisible. When his search for an explanation in Zadash yields no answers, he and the rest of the Mighty Nein continue on regardless. Fortunately, there is one person who can see and hear him: Molly, who can also join Caleb in the space of invisibility if he so chooses.
When Avantika turns out to be just a little bit more unhinged and a little bit more trigger happy than expected, Molly and Caleb decide to stow away in the Squalleater’s hold to support their friends in secret. Their nightly sharing of a small, makeshift bed is complicated by the feelings they are each slowly developing for each other.
Although Caleb and Molly have found a personal oasis, the relationship between Avantika and the rest of the Mighty Nein is growing ever-more turbulent.
