Summary
Basically I went through the whole Lie Down/Try Not to Cry/Cry a Lot stages of grief after finishing Thorns of Devotion, Fateful Path, Crimson Dreams and all the Side Quests/Heart-to-Heart/Reputation Quests and wanted to give the beloved characters and plots that went nowhere/or were wasted some kind of closure.
Chapters 1 & 5 are simple framing devices so if you want to get straight to the post-Fateful Path story, begin at Chapter 2.
Chapter 2: Though saddened by the departure of her dear Magister and Tilaya, High Priestess Galahad has no time to lament. Trouble brewing between the disgraced Chieftain Kordan and his unruly followers will test her resolve as future leader of the Wildborn.
Chapter 3: Even with her powerful magic, Gala discovers that leading the tribe is no easy matter. Overburdened by various challenges and numerous duties as leader and mage, she accepts counsel from Kordan who advises her to learn from his mistakes and seek a co-leader she can trust.
Chapter 4: Nazrik finds his calling and the answer to a long sought-after question.
Gala meets Regulus Abundius of Halia, who still remembers her fondly, and also finds a new purpose for the remnants of a crumbled faith.Bookmarked by Rodstar

Summary
