“Gee, thanks,” Nagito grunts somewhere to his left. “I haven't moved. The freezer has an internal light so we should be able to see when we open the door. Just… feel around for it.”
Hinata grits his teeth. “Okay… I’ll be right back.”
“I can’t see shit- you leaving me here makes no goddamn difference.”

“I’m sorry, what?"
My heart was beating so loudly in my ears that I almost didn’t hear my best friend choke on the bite of pizza she took when I made that ridiculously embarrassing confession. I had asked her if she wanted to meet up on our lunch breaks because I couldn’t get this insane idea out of my head, but I guess telling her about it when a New York City-style slice of pepperoni was entering her mouth wasn’t the most considerate thing I’ve ever done.
Tessa cleared her throat and took a few large sips of her VOSS water—I still couldn’t believe she’d paid $10 for a glass bottle of water—before she tried again. “You want to go to Deviance, the sex club? And you want me to come with you?”
