Summary
The war against Voldemort went downhill right from the start. By sixth year Dumbedore was dead, Harry was on the run, and Hogwarts was falling. Facing insurmountable darkness, Harry uses an ancient ritual to go back in time. He's not where where he'll end up, or even if it will succeed, but there appear to be no other options.
Now it's up to Harry to find the horcruxes, figure out what the 7th horcrux is, make up for a missed year of school, pass his NEWTs, and destroy Voldemort. The memories of his past haunt him and his web of lies separate him from his peers. Alone and quickly running out of time, Harry must scramble to change the past before it is once again too late.

Summary
Early in his travels with the dwarves, Bilbo has a growing fever but says nothing for fear of being seen as weak and slowing down the quest. He presses on until he literally can't anymore and the company is forced to wait on him to recover. Bilbo wants nothing more than Thorin's approval, but a small series of missteps and ill-timing has the dwarf frustrated with Bilbo's vulnerability, and Bilbo questioning whether he should have ever come on this quest in the first place.

Summary
Bilbo was tired. He had seen the flames of Mount Doom explode in his face. He had drowned in the Brandywine river before ever reaching Rivendell. He had died defending his Company from the trolls. He'd died in Goblin Town. He'd died at the gates of Erebor, dropped from a mad Thorin's grip. He'd been run through, burnt to death, squished by a very angry dragon, drowned – multiple times, that was a particular nightmare, thank you – and killed by the sword so many times that the sheer thought of it had lost its shock to his system.
Bilbo was very tired of dying. He was very tired of failing his friends and family and ones he loved above all else. Bilbo was tired of the Ring and its stupid manipulations. Bilbo was tired. Bilbo was so very tired. But after yet another death he woke up again...
...to find that his dwarves, his Company, his Thorin and Dwalin, act in a way they never had before.
