Summary
Anthony Bridgerton, ninth Viscount of the Bridgerton family had it all. He had the loving family. He had the wealth and respect of his peers. He had (with great effort), gotten his bride – the wallflower Penelope Featherington. The fact that he had swiped her from his clueless brother had made the match so much more desirable and titillating. Watching Penelope’s feelings for Colin slowly fade into nothingness and futility had thrilled him beyond belief, and on their wedding night he had claimed her hard and fast, ensuring that Penelope never doubted who she belonged to.
As Anthony watched Penelope bid goodbye to Colin, an idea began to form in his head. His wife wanted – needed – to have gentle lovemaking, something that was quite beyond Anthony’s capacity to give. He needed it hard and rough.
Colin on the other hand wouldn’t know how to fuck hard if his life depended on it.

Summary
“A-Xiang and Brother Zhou's blood, why can they mix together?”
Zhou Zishu and Gu Xiang happened to be standing beside each other with the blood from their wound trickling down to the ground together. It was not until Cao Weining asked the question that everyone glanced down to the ground, noting how the blood of these two people could really be mixed together. Shock was written all over their face. Zhou Zishu and Gu Xiang stared at each other, one looking bewildered and the younger one looking surprised.
The others behind them – Wen Kexing, Zhang Chengling and Cao Weining were looking very much puzzled too, but Lord Seventh's face was almost as pale as a white piece of paper. The Great Shaman had a hand on Lord Seventh's shoulder, looking somewhat strange as well.

OR: Zhou Zishu is the biological father of A-Xiang, but he has no memories of having a daughter as old as A-Xiang. It does not help though that Lord Seventh and the Great Shaman seem to be hiding something and doing their best to avoid Zhou Zishu. A-Xiang is determined to find out the truth and question Zhou Zishu as to why he had so cruelly thrown her into Ghost Valley in the first place.
