Severus Snape has always watched everyone around him find their soulmate and age along with them. He still looks the same as he did in his 20s.
Enter Harry Potter returning as the new DADA professor. He's always wondered why he dreams of dark features such as hair and eyes and why he's always felt so connected to Severus Snape. Even when he thought he couldn't stand the man.
Everything is going fine and dandy until one day Severus realizes that he's aging and Harry can't stop noticing everything Severus does but not out of suspicion this time around. And neither of them realize why it's happening.
