She knows where she is. She’s on her way to the Emerald City. On her way to meet the Wizard.
It’s not like she’s never come back here before, in her head. She revisits it plenty, and it comes to her repeatedly in her dreams. She’s gone over every minute detail of how she could have avoided her fate, over and over again, chiding herself constantly for her temper, for being so quick to anger, for not being able to think on her feet.
Impulsivity, acting without thinking. Not like that’s how she ended up back here again too.
