And that was that she was fat. Or at least, she was, by Korean standards. And if she wanted a chance to fulfill her lifelong dream, she had to lose that weight, no matter what. She had to be beautiful and gorgeous enough for people to adore her.
It didn't matter what she had to sacrifice.

Ekko manages to keep the hammer in his hand, and turns around to look up and see legs awkwardly stepping down into the room, a fistful of petals scattering onto the floor.
He meets their eyes and—

No. Eye.
“Shit, Caitlyn!?” he mouths, dusting off his ruffled slacks. The eye glitters as blue as the broken Hexite.
Ekko doesn't belong here. There's people back home who need him, and he needs the Hexite in Jayce's abandoned apartment to do it. But he's not the only person still coming back to the site of his biggest regret, and she refuses to let him leave with it. AKA how AU Caitlyn mourns the Vi she never got to know and is still pushed by Vi to be her best self, as seen through Ekko's eyes.

Summary
Mira looked up in surprise as Rumi rubbed their hands together in an effort to warm her.
“You forgot to grab your own gloves when you ran after Zoey, didn’t you?” More concern than judgement in her voice.
Usually even light nagging like that after a day of petty fighting would have led to another snappy comeback. But the soft snow falling around them seemed to create a calm quietness that smoothed over all their jagged edges, like a balm to an open wound.
The harsh words and resentment from earlier that evening were washed away in the serenity that the snow brought, and the atmosphere of child-like joy that Zoey carried.
So instead of biting the hand that was warming hers, Mira simply accepted the gesture, and maybe melted a bit at feeling Rumi’s big brown caring eyes directed at her.

Pre-debut Huntrix and Zoey's first snow day, featuring Mira and Rumi's background rivals to friends to lovers dynamic, with a little Polytrix moment at the end.

Summary
The voice was rich, leathery, and smooth, a controlled belt from the chest of the woman on stage. Mira imagined she could see the concentration in the woman’s closed eyes and furrowed brow, if the stage lights weren’t hitting her from behind, shrouding her in a golden silhouette.
Every bar was effortless. Every note an odyssey.
Mira looked at Zoey. The girl was just as transfixed. More so than Mira, even. But then, Zoey’s attunement to the Honmoon was much stronger than Mira’s. Zoey often said the Honmoon kind of felt like the Ocean from Moana. Mira had never seen it so she had to take Zoey’s word for it.
The Honmoon rippled.
