Summary
It was the season for tricks and treats, but Aether hadn't expected his Halloween night to end quite like this. Walking home from a cosplay party in the dead of night, he stumbled upon a grand, abandoned palace, looming mysteriously on a hill.
"Has this place always been here?" he muttered to himself, curiosity drawing him closer. But just as he reached the iron gates, a shadow moved behind him-too quick to react. A sharp blow to his head was the last thing he felt before everything went dark.
When he came to, he found himself lying on a plush, red velvet mattress. Gazing down at him was a strikingly handsome man with pale skin, glinting eyes, and unmistakable fangs.
"What... what do you want with me?" Aether asked, his voice a mix of fear and confusion.
The vampire's lips curled into a slow, eerie smile. "I have an obsession with beautiful things," he replied smoothly, brushing a cold hand along Aether's cheek.
"And you, my dear, have captured my attention for far too long. I've been waiting for you, Aether."
