Summary
To stop Thanos, Stephen Strange is forced to cast a spell where the Avengers and co are kicked out of their home dimension and placed into a complete new one to start anew.
But weakened in battle, Strange only had enough strength to bring half of the heroes in Gotham, the rest were all scattered into various hidden limbo realms within the multiverse until they could safely be retrieved.
But with no money any only the gear they came with, they have no way of getting the materials needed to build the portal needed to bring their missing friends home.
At least, not legally.
Deciding to temporarily turn into a crime mob, the Avengers are now known in Gotham as a gang of criminals who steal high tech machinery from LexCorp, Wayne Industries, etc.
The Avengers are now fighting to not just bring their missing family and friends back to this new dimension, but to throw off the bat and bird themed vigilantes that are hunting them down.
Only one thing was certain in this dimension: chaos was an inevitability.

Summary
Peter is done. He's alone, depressed, and ready to give up his life. He does, only to be instead sent to a different world, maybe even a different universe entirely. He accepts his fate, and even tries to be Spider-Man in this new world, however he's basically forced to drop the suit after being chased out of New York. Now, with a new life in the crime capital of America, he rebuilds from scratch again, this time with the struggles of a recessive omega.

Summary
As Peter faded out of existence in Tony's arms, his soul, along with the particles of his body, was herded by Strange's magic across the multiverse to find a home, a place where he can do the most good and survive.
They place him in Gotham City.
Peter's spider-senses activate the instant his body is drawn together, long before he regains consciousness. His body moves on its own, fleeing, fighting the sense of alarm the dangerous setting imbues within him. He's moving unconsciously for two days before he, as himself, awakens in an alley, with no memory of landing in Gotham or the trouble he's caused. And unbeknownst to him, he's picked a fight with the Batman.
