  Lumine leaned into the balcony handrail, calling his name into the crisp nighttime air. Although the sound was reduced to a whisper by the breeze, she felt no need to raise her voice further and risk disturbing the patrons resting downstairs. He always heard; he always came. Always the same routine. She could practically feel the flash of Anemo energy he creates as he teleports onto the decking behind her, practically hear his curt “you called?” that always softens once he realises she is the one who called for him. Lumine turned, warm greetings ready on her lips...

  When Xiao's karma drives him to turn his spear on Lumine, she knocks him out and assembles a team of experts from across Teyvat. Together, they dive into a nightmare realm to help bring back the Xiao she knows and loves. Featuring unconventional uses of Lumine's elemental abilities, forced proximity that leads to important conversations, and Paimon and Xianyun's bickering as comic relief.
