Summary
Peter Parker, a kid soldier forged to be a weapon at the hands of HYDRA, he knows nothing but training, discipline, experiments, and punishment. He clings to the only remaining humanity he has: a friend and the distant memories of a family that was taken from him. He's decided he's had enough, escape or die. What Peter doesn't expect is that his escape will end with him in another dimension, a place where bats protect the night. A chance, a new beginning, a new family that will teach him to become more than a soldier again, to be a kid again, to be human again. Some shadows of Gotham do not think the same.
Or the Bat-family adopts another kid and teaches him that he can be more than what he was made for.

Summary
Splinters sons have always been.... odd.
It's always something out of the usual happening with them. Purple learning to read with no instruction two years before Splinter would even think of teaching him. Blue having the verbal skills to manipulate Splinter by accident at just four years old.
Orange being flexible and agile enough to squeeze into little spots and then jump halfway to the ceiling as a toddler. Red breaking things far beyond what a toddler should be able to do just to get to his brothers again.
But these are mutants we are talking about, and children. Surely this must be normal.

Leo and his family are taking Mikey out for a night on the town to celebrate his 21st birthday.
It just kinda sucks that, for all his planning to make sure none of his family was someplace they couldn't get backup in case something went screwy, he forgot that he might be the one who wound up needing backup.
(or, i was sexually harassed a week or two ago so i'm making leo go through The Horrors so we can both get The Catharsis.)
