Summary
Soap was tired. Hungry. Exhausted. Always so fucking exhausted, even though he did little but sleep and rest and wander around aimlessly. He hadn’t seen a single trace of a living human since the world had ended. Hadn’t managed to build a nest in equally as long.
~
The world has ended, and Soap is all alone, until he isn't.

Summary
“No! Bilbo, stay….stay with me, stay focused on my voice.” Thorin said desperately, saying the words he’d heard healers say whenever a patient under their care was close to dying and they struggling to save them.
Bilbo tapped his hand, stroking it, or trying to, merely covering Thorin with blood.
“Don’t…worry. Everything….will be alright.” Bilbo's breath was coming in short stuttering gasps. “You’ll…be alright, I’ll be…alright. Kili…and Fili…it will all work well.”
When Bilbo jumps in front of Azog's sword to save Thorin, Thorin thinks the hobbit is lost to him. Little does he know that hobbits have a form of hibernation, called Winter Sleep, that can be triggered when they are severely injured.

Summary
In Arda, music is a fundamental and powerful force, originating from the divine Music of the Ainur, which created the Universe. Elves, Dwarrows, and Wizards all harness music in unique ways—to heal, build, and shape fate. Among mortals, each person is born knowing how to play one instrument: the key to their heartsong, a melody that connects them to their destined other half. Some sing instead of playing—these rare individuals are said to be whole. Rarest of all are those whose heartsongs span multiple instruments, suggesting a soul resonating with many melodies.
Bilbo Baggins, however, avoids his own instrument, hidden in his basement. When he plays it, he feels conflicting emotions—sorrow, anger, and unsettling confidence—suggesting his other half is brash and difficult. Bilbo would rather not deal with that at all.- Language:

Summary
Ishrimabî Amrâdu. Death's Blemish. A slow disease with no cure, one that could sweep through a mountain hall in days, felling all it touched.
He closed his eyes, thinking of all those who sheltered from the harsh winter within Erebor's walls. They made do in a kingdom that was more akin to a tomb, tumbling into ruin around them. Repairs were underway, but they would take years to complete. He would never see this place restored to its former glory. Those would not be his days to reign.
His fate, it seemed, was sealed.
When disease strikes at Erebor's heart, consigning Thorin to a lonely death, Bilbo makes a choice that could change the path of their destiny. Can they heal together and find their way to the love they both hope to claim, or are they doomed to nothing but tragedy?
