Summary
Bailey Gardiner thought her biggest problem was dealing with her chaotic TTRPG group, especially Dylan, the obnoxious player in her Monsters & Labyrinths game who always got under her skin. That is, until a heated argument ended with both of them being struck by lightning.
She woke up assuming it was a coma dream when a disembodied voice asked her to make an M&L Character Sheet. But this is no dream. The pain is real… and she’s not Bailey anymore. She’s Silas Vander’Bludd, the edgy Demonling Occultist with a tragic backstory, trust issues, and a disgustingly high charisma stat...a character she created as a joke.
Armed with a decade of GM experience, a body full of unresolved trauma, and the hope that Dylan might’ve been dragged here too, Bailey has no choice but to play along. Teaming up with a no-nonsense Elf, a fight-happy Dragonkin, and a morally gray Paladin, they battle Goblins, Corrupt Businessmen, and Pirates while hunting for a mythical treasure, and maybe Dylan...
But the deeper she delves into the world, the more things feel… off. Who really made this campaign? Why do things glitch when she digs too deep? And who’s the unseen GM pulling the strings?
