In the midst of this turmoil, appears Rusty, a not-so-ordinary house cat that has been dreaming about fusion for the past moon.And he may become the fire that will save the clans.

But as they have begun settling into this amazing life together, Death returns in the dead of night. But instead of being there to reap Puss's soul, he's there in need of help from Puss and friends, as something dangerous is on it's way to change everything.
