Groaning “I already told Olaf or whoever it was that I didn’t want company to my rooms.”
“I’m not Olaf or whoever.” His voice was back to happy and eager. I couldn’t keep up with him.
“I still don’t need help.” Then why did I still let him escort me?
“And if those Sisters of yours aren’t in? If they’ve found other beds for the night? Who’s to get you out of your pretty dress.”
“Not you.” Part of me wanted to beg for it to be him.

That morning sickness means you’re with child and-” Mother snaps her head back to look at me, brows drawn together. “and mother I think you must take me to a healer to see if I am with child.”
