As he's enjoying the moment, something touches his ankle and makes him flinch back into the air with a startled yelp. He looks down at what he feels and sees several of the purple tendrils rising toward him, one of which has coiled itself around his ankle and continues to curl up to his shin.
"Well, aren't you curious...?"Ezreal discovers a strange plant monster in the forest and does what any sensible person would – let it fuck him. Meanwhile, unbeknownst to him, a stranger watches from the trees.

Kayn grumbled something that he couldn't hear, then he looked back at Ezreal with a hardened gaze.
“It’s unfair,” he said, swiping his thumb over the front of Ezreal’s top teeth, “how distracting it is.” Ezreal didn't know what to say, but it didn't really matter since there was a thumb shoved in his mouth. He looked at Kayn, who was staring at his mouth with a weird amount of fascination. He felt that thumb press down on his tongue again, then slowly move further back until Ezreal gagged, his eyes watering just a bit. Kayn breathed in sharply and his fingers started to dig into Ezreal’s cheeks.
