Like his eyes, you figured it was just a part of his physiology. But if you were honest, it had both surprised and excited you, even if it brought some shame. He’d never pressed about sexual stuff, and you weren’t sure just how much he knew about it, so you never brought it up. It was just too embarrassing and you were too shy. He wasn’t shy about touching you anymore, so you weren’t desperately needing it, but times like these, when you watched his jaw unhinge slightly, tongue sliding out to get the last piece of rice from his plate, you felt a flash of heat go through you.
