Summary
When Jim joined the on campus Radio Club, he hadn't thought much of it. He'd tinkered with the radio in his dad's shed as a kid, before Frank had come and Mom had left. It brought back the happy memories. He didn't expect it to change the world.
Note: Chapter Nine is Tarsus IV, and it is as disturbing as that implies. Please read that chapter with caution or skip over it completely. Summary is in author's notes.

Summary
American University AU. A Study in Scarlet. The beginning. Whatever you want to call it. John just wanted to get though med school without incident, and find a way to keep his cane from digging into his palm. He didn't count on the university over-booking his dorm room and needing to find a place to stay while they got it sorted out. He definitely didn't count on running into Mike Stamford, who he hadn't seen in over eight years. And if he hadn't counted on Mike, then he most decidedly didn't count on the man Mike introduced him to.

Summary
They were referred to as the Deep Space Nine simply because that was where they spent most of their time. Not quite Starfleet, not quite civilian, all outcasts among their own, they were a team of researchers whose mission was to explore new worlds and send the collected data back to Starfleet and any other interested group. They were a ragtag group of explorers- nine in all- and when they got wind of the distress call from Vulan and the subsequent lightning storm in space, they turned around and warped back towards the desert planet as fast as their ship would let them. They were Scientists, researchers, but that did not mean that they were defenseless. And the nine of them were determined to help, however they could.

Summary
It was when he was in College that Arthur really started to remember. He’d always had the dreams, dreams of knights and red capes and dark hair and blue eyes shining gold, but it took him years to finally understand, to understand what it all meant. But when he did, oh when he did, shortly after his 20th birthday, he’d awoken with a cry to the silence of his dorm room, a name, his name on his lips, he finally knew.
