The blond sat down in his car, wincing as he reached to close the driver side door. Chase turned his engine over, instinctively reaching for the heat knob. A twitch formed at the corner of his mouth as he read his car clock. 3:44. Technically; Today was the first day of his suspension. The first day of his board penalty. Princeton Plainsboro and the board would punish Chase for fourteen days. He would punish himself forever. It would start with a cold ride home.

“House.”
“If you beg to pay me for it. That dominatrix and I got to talking—”
“House,” Chase breathes, melty and turned on. His fingers on House’s press flat and then curl, tugging on his shirt, a little desperate. House gives Chase another quiet moment to wait, and it earns him the lowest start of a whine, the first bitten syllable of his name, and House presses their mouths together in a kiss.

“Shut up,” House tells him. “You’re not the one who kicked a disabled man’s footrest.”
