The children would pose as long-term residents on the New York Floating Hospital for Children and only certain crew members (namely the undercover SSR agents) would be allowed to handle any paper record regarding them. It seemed rather uncomplicated when they agreed to it, especially with the bonus resource of Sarah Rogers who happened to be employed as the charge nurse aboard.
