Summary
Four years have passed since Mai last worked for SPR, and the years have not been kind. To keep herself off the streets and from more unsavory work, she sells her psychic abilities to the Yakuza. In truth her goal is far more covert, in search of the man responsible for her friend's brutal assassination in a mental asylum. When a Tokyo PD sting operations hires SPR to drag out the rouge psychics syndicate, Mai's name is flagged. Bringing the team back together for cases, but more importantly rescue Mai before it's too late.

Like all the attacks on them, it's unexpected. Unlike most of the other attacks on them, it works. An alien species they've never seen before manage to drag Momo into their ship, kicking and screaming. Okarun isn't letting them take her. So they take him too.
Days of frantic searching turn into weeks.
In the end, they find them by accident, filthy and naked. Snarling.
