After the big reveal and Louis leaves him, dying at the hands of the world vampires he'd challenge, Armand follows after him to that death. Regret being his only bed-fellow.
Only afterwards to wake up back in Paris before it all happen. Before Louis has even become a vampire himself. Before Lestat has even woken himself from the ground.
He doesn't know how this has happen or why or if it's a starvation induced coma or some great power for ancients like him he was the first to discover. All he knows, is he has a second chance.
