He was definitely very good at what he did, and he had shown no sign that he would give up easily. However, since the Inuzuka's teammates were already on a solo mission and he was stupid and desperate enough to want to go alone and without a plan, the Uzumaki volunteered to go along to prevent the brunette from falling into a trap. And guess what? That's exactly what happened.
