Summary
In Japanese culture, the hibiscus is usually associated with the fragility of life due to its short lifespan.
The Tulpar was found not long after the crash, and yet it looked as if months– or even years– took a toll on the ship. Rescuers were able to find the severely injured Captain Curly and the last-minute intern that the crew didn’t need or want.
