"Cough..! Shit, cough!"
A coughing fit ensures over the blue haired boy, letting out pants for air as each cough heavier than the last. Numerous raspy wheezes echo and bounce off the bathroom walls, Khun almost doubled over from the intense gagging if not for the poking sensation on the back of his throat. Quickly assuming the worst, he hack through the fit and spew out the source of the current pain. And there on the sink with the previous petals and blood pooling out was a whole Daylily flower crunched up for him to stare as he slowly catch his breath with every rise and fall of his chest.
The sight of that plant with petals as yellow and golden as that same certain boy's eyes will be another aching reminder of that day he lost his best friend, Baam, and the person he first loved.
