Summary
Under the wooden ceiling that shields them from the heavy cold rain, with a cup of warm latte and a pile of report papers between them, separated by the antique wooden counter, they met. Through an exchange of names and small, useless talks, they communicate.

Summary
Buggy left his hometown and childhood best friend in elementary for a better education in another state. Shanks not wanting to let him leave but being left with no way to make him stay let's him go. And seeing his blue haired friend board that ship made him realize feelings he never knew he had. Pushing those feelings down and suppressed in his memory and caring on with his life, weeks turn to months, then years, and soon he is accepted to his dream College. What will Shanks do when he comes to see a familiar hair colour in the crowd?
